In these times when environmental and health situations are calling our attention, we as individuals and as a population, even as a species, face particular stresses, pressures, confusions, and a range of unknowns. Coping with unknowns themselves places demands on our minds and brains, on our spirits, on our relationships, and so many aspects of our lives. Be as aware as you can of yourself, your sensations, your minor and major responses to minor and major pressures and stresses. Take time to take care of your mental health, as coping is part of making it through challenges.
